First time there; clean, but need more seats as I had to stand for 3 hours; the Mummies were great; sound was fantastic.

Liked: Music.
Disliked: Prices for alcohol; my beer was draft, flat and warm.

Liked: I most liked that the Rapids Theatre had a fairly large and high resolution screen on both sides of the stage which helped guests see what was happening on the stage, no matter where they were within the theatre. The bartenders also served their customers in a timely manner as did the staff at the merchandise table.

Loved the venue and the atmosphere; close to hotels. I'm definitely making the 2 hour trip again to enjoy another concert night, very soon.

Liked: Loved the bar area open to the music area; outdoor smoke area. Love love love the scene.
Disliked: The pat down to get in was a little awkward but I understand the safety provisions.

Liked: The Rapids was a beautiful venue. This was our second time attending a concert here. Both times we had a friend with us in a wheelchair. The venue has a separate area for their disabled ticket holders which was very nice. The first time they didn't really monitor that area well and many non disabled people tried to get into that area. This time they did a better job.
Disliked: Nothing, just the expected occasional rude and drunk concert goers, but security was pretty good at handling it.

Great venue; excellent show. Exodus and Testament were incredible. Sound was great; the staff was nice; no problems with any idiots in the crowd. A great experience. Look forward to seeing more shows at Rapids.

Liked: Close to Toronto. All around positive.
Disliked: Nothing negative about venue. The surrounding area was the only downfall - no bars/restaurants.
