Good value if your expectations...

Liked: Location is good for accessing both ends of Niagara Falls. Plenty of places to eat nearby and parking is free.
Disliked: It’s extremely in need of updating. Many of the items in the room were damaged and the stairs to the upper floors were verging on dangerous due to broken steps etc.

ANTS, BLOOD, BUGS! NOT WORTH...

Liked: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the older gentleman that was working when we checked in I believe he was the manager.
Disliked: We found a BUNCH of ANTS in our rooms, on the dressers, floor and BEDS! They got into all our food within the 2 hours we left to go downtown to eat. DEAD bugs everywhere like they didn’t sweep the rooms and BLOOD on the sheets of 3 BEDS! We had 3 rooms with 2 queen beds and all were HORRIBLE. We ended up deciding to leave and find a new place to stay after the horrible man with the “33 years of hotel experience” wasn’t any help at the front desk when we took up our concern about the ants and just give us sass and attitude acting like we are the ones that took the ants to the hotel

Overall, the experience didn’t match...

Liked: Nothing in particular, foul smell coming out of the bathroom as soon as we checked in.
Disliked: Lack of housekeeping. Attitude issues from certain employees.

Clean and solid option if...

Liked: Very close to the centre and quite clean. Personal was friendly.
Disliked: Rather dated facilities and smells like humidity in the bathroom. It is a party place and therefore the area is quite loud. Also drunk hotel guest came home in the middle of the night and made a lot of noise. Super loud doors did not help. Not for people who want to get a good night sleep. But if you go to the casinos or out to party a clean and solid option.

Liked: Location- close to niagara falls and clifton hills downtown
Disliked: No elevator, no ice machine, no laundry , limited bathroom supplies , no microwave in room
