Staff fantastic, beautiful view, great...
Liked: First night we were in a room behind the elevators with high noise level, and changed for the next two nights. Staff was great and very helpful. We thought the elevator would be a problem, but didn?t ask for a change as we were so tied from travelling.
Disliked: First night.

Liked: When i booked they cheated me and I thought I have jacuzzi because when I booked the pictures of my booking had jacuzzi and hottube but when i got to the hotle they sead i have to upgrade my room to get the jacuzzi and they sead booking.com should not put the pictures for the jacuzzi on my booking

Very satisfied. Would do it...
Liked: We enjoyed our stay and we are planning to stay again very soon. Loved the amazing view we had of the falls.
Disliked: I dont think i had any complaints. Overall it was a great stay and can not wait to stay there again.

I?ve booked at Marriott Niagara...
Disliked: Restaurant was way beyond expectations for a Marriott!! The worst breakfast I?ve ever had in high quality hotel. Nothing was freshly prepared, and all the food was obviously from the day before except maybe the fruits, with so little variety. The cleanliness of the room was below average, dust can be found on corners which caused minor allergies. The overall value for service makes this specific hotel stay by far the most disappointing experience!

Liked: From the moment we checked in we were taken care of with excellent customer service. We were upgraded from a river-view to a falls-view room which was absolutely breathtaking! And we were given plenty of coupons and free bus passes which we took advantage of to sight-see in the little time we had. Overall, wonderful staff and hotel! Thank you for an unforgettable trip to Niagara Falls.
Disliked: We weren't prepared for the high taxes that totaled almost 20% on every purchase...but that had nothing to do with the hotel. We should have done more research on our end to be aware of that.

Terrific view of the falls
Disliked: The buffet was basic and at best lukewarm.the restaurant and bar were freezing cold, apparently due to planned boiler work. Surely alternative heaters could have been sourced.

Liked: View and spa
Disliked: Fridge didnt work...used blue bucket wirh ice to keep our drinks cold. Furniture was stained and should have been cleaned long ago. One beer and one rye and ginger $25.30 outrageous price.
