Liked: The view from our room was exceptional!!! It made our entire trip! Loved the location of the hotel. And the restaurants, the pool and amenities the hotel offered. FANTASTIC! We were raving to everyone about the Sheraton!
Disliked: The staff could've explained the parking situation a lot better. We were told we could do valet or park in public parking. We parked in public parking and paid the public parking attendant almost daily when we left. Something wasnt adding up bc we were getting overcharged from what Sheraton originally told us. Then found out we should've been NOT paying public parking attendant, but paying a daily rate to Sheraton. It was not explained to us not to pay public parking attendant. At any rate, we presented our receipts to Sheraton and they corrected any discrepancies so we were very happy about that.It needs to be clearly communicated to patrons that if they park in public parking do not pay parking attendant, but keep receipts and settle it with Sheraton at checkout.

Liked: The view was exceptional, offering a clear sight of both falls and even the fireworks from our room. The room was clean and spacious, easily accommodating all four of us.

Liked: Lovely room. The views were great. And perfect for the fireworks
Disliked: Hmmmm just not crazy about the Massimo restaurant. The table was rocky Wait staff didn't ask if we wanted a cocktail and really didn't come around very often. Chicken was good, but pasta was not hot. We ordered dessert, and 20 minutes later, we got up to leave and pay - no dessert. Very nice move by staff to offer us the dessert for free. Dinner wasn't cheap, of course, so we had expected better care. ! We went to the Buffet the next night. All good. Even though our waiter didn't have to take an order, he was very attentive.
