Disliked: Can feel a bit crowded.

Niagara Falls is super cool!

Liked: Valet parking / view / food at buffet
Disliked: Buffet staff. Nothing wrong, but for a breakfast buffet at 130CAD, I think they were not enough staffed and not smiling enough. It took for ever to get water, then juice, etc.

Exceeded expectations

Liked: we loved everything. check in was easy, valet parking was awesome, location couldn’t be better. amenities were superb. Worry free vacation
Disliked: no microwave, no one offered bellman’s rolling luggage cart.

Overall we enjoyed our room...

Liked: The room was fantastic with great views
Disliked: A $2500 deposit held on the room for 2 nights is over the top. The hotel Italian Restaurant (Massimo) was disappointing and expensive. The cocktail was watery and the seafood linguine was very bland and inedible. We told them we were staying at the hotel and requested a table with views but this was dismissed even though there were tables available. We chose to eat outside the hotel for the remainder of our stay.
