room was a disappointment

Liked: Location and men at the front to greet you were friendly and helpful. Size of room was nice
Disliked: The room was dirty.. stains on wall and carpet. View showed the Farris wheel and I definitely don’t have that view.. room was right behind the elevator and was loud I had to be up early both mornings and hardly slept hearing it was very loud in this room which made the stay not as great as we wished with lack of sleep. We stayed here as we had a hockey tournament in town and wanted to be close to the strip. Ended up backfiring when we had late games and early mornings and hearing all noise from the elevators. The room was also super stuffy .. I tried to lower the temperature down and it never cooled down at all. Which also didn’t help with sleep when it’s to warm in that room. Small things like toilet paper holder broken doesn’t hold the roll kept falling off.. nice updates hotel yet these look old and should have been replaced as well. No fan in bathroom so when shower everything was tamp when we got out counters and any items we had in there Ike make up brushes .. the morning cleaner just flipped the bedsheets on bed to make look good but wasn’t properly made or any garbage taken out. Disappointing

Liked: The view from our room was gorgeous and the room itself was great! We had views of both falls and it was stunning both daytime and night time we was on the 19th floor. Also most everything was within walking distance
Disliked: Our jacuzzi tub didn’t work but everything else was perfect

Disliked: It was making a lot of noise when you were taking a shower. They sent the people, but he didn’t fix it.

Nice for a night away...

Liked: The room was nice, with an excellent view of the falls from the 23rd floor. The bed was very comfortable. Quite a good selection of food for breakfast.
Disliked: Very slow check-in/check-out process. When we checked in they didn’t give us a breakfast voucher (we had paid for breakfast to be included), so they charged us again at breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Don’t understand why they don’t have a system in place in the restaurant, where they check your room number, to see if you’ve already paid or not, for breakfast included in your room rate. This made checking-out an even longer process. Expensive car parking, should be included in the price of the room which is quite expensive for a night. Unfortunately for us there were some terrible children running up and down the corridor during the evening, screaming and yelling, thinking it was ok to entertain themselves outside everyone’s rooms. Not the hotels fault of course, it’s just a shame the parents let their kids act like that and don’t care about other guests.

Gorgeous place!

Liked: Beautiful view!! We stayed 2 nights for our 30th anniversary. Very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The fees add up! Parking was expensive!
