Very unique building! Quiet. Good location. Overall, a good experience and would definitely return.

Liked: Friendly and helpful front desk staff; location; free parking!
Disliked: Upkeep needed - pool and atrium have a lot of potential.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The rooms were small and beds were uncomfortable. The hidden charge of parking as well as the $1,000 damage deposit was also unnecessarily expensive. Room was serviced everyday however, basic room necessities were often neglected (ie no toilet paper, no coffee) When I requested a detailed invoice for work purposes they said only booking.com provides that and on the booking.com site it clearly states hotel will provide that.

Comfy and relaxed stay, peaceful...

Liked: Perfect location for me to walk to the casino area where my event was. Loved the quiet space, not too busy.

Beautiful Historical Hotel with Excellent...

Liked: This is an historic hotel about 4 blocks from Niagara Falls, making the location excellent. Clean and comfortable, this hotel was an excellent choice and value, even on a weekend. The staff here is the best I’ve seen in many years. There attention to your requests are handled immediately. The service was on the level of Ritz-Carlton. Uncompromised Personal Service.

Very nice, but disappointed that...

Liked: It was a really beautiful unique old building. Also fun and whimsical.
Disliked: Property was listed as wheelchair accessible. It definitely not. We had a ground floor suite so the wheelchair could get in the room. And would be great if you had zero intention of using the bathroom or shower during your stay.

Liked: The breakfast was the best we had on a cross country drive. Exceptional. And the small Pride flags at the front desk clearly said the hotel was welcoming everyone
Disliked: Our room was quite far from the main area, near the pool, required steps with our luggage after leaving the elevator and smelled a little doggy…a wonderful hotel if you’re not placed in dog Siberia…

I would stay elsewhere due...

Liked: The location is decent enough.
Disliked: The rooms are old and tired. The shower is awful. The price to park is outrageous at $39.99. Other hotels we saw were $15 to self park and $20 for valet so this hotel is very expensive to park. On check in we were given a room that was occupied and we startled the guest when we tried to open the door.
