Liked: Susan's Villa is an amazing place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls! The hosts are very kind and treated us like guests in their own home. The Property is super clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast included is also a great bonus. Plus, the location is absolutely unbeatable - walking distance to the Falls on a nice, quiet street. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Falls.
Disliked: The furniture is a bit older, but overall the property is very well maintained.

Liked: Lovely quiet street away from the hustle and bustle , spacious rooms which were lovely and cool with the aircon , a must in the heatwave ! Alice and Jackie were lovely hosts and very welcoming .

Liked: Jacky and Alice were the perfect hosts and very welcoming. They even had the room prepared before check in time as we arrived earlier. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location of the property was ideal as it was very quiet but only a fifteen minute walk to the Falls and entertainment precinct. We highly recommend Susan's Villa.

Liked: The house is located in a quite street, with garden and free parking, at walking distance of the falls. The room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Good breakfast.
