Perfect place to stay

Liked: Everything. Super clean and comfortable. Ideal location for a quiet stay, but still close to all the amenities. The hosts were excellent and did everything to make our stay perfect. Thank you Alice

House is well located close...

Liked: The house is located in a quite street, with garden and free parking, at walking distance of the falls. The room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Good breakfast.
Disliked: A little old fashioned.

Susan's place was perfect for...

Liked: Everything was spotless clean, Susan was very informative about the place and the area, the breakfast was good and plentiful, we also really enjoyed the backyard. The house has a good location at walking distance for the falls and Clifton Hills area.
Disliked: NA

This is an excellent place...

Liked: It was clean, quiet and in a good location. Immediate hot water for the shower.
Disliked: There was a large steep to go in and out of the property. I was fine going in but I would forget when coming out and almost fell several times.

Liked: Very friendly hosts Alice and Jackie they couldn’t do anymore if they tried. Perfect location walking distance to the falls. Lovely breakfast each morning to start the day off. Very comfortable cosy room.

Perfect in every way

Liked: There are so many things to love about Susan's Villa. Close to the Falls and the bustling centre of Niagara, yet in a peaceful and very pretty sidestreet it is a wonderful place in which to relax and unwind after a busy day sightseeing. Alice and Jacky are exceptional hosts, such lovely people, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. Our accommodation was extremely comfortable, with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and seating area complete with fridge and microwave. Immaculately clean, and providing all the little touches that made it almost home from home, we especially loved the delicious breakfasts every morning and the pretty shaded garden we sat in during the afternoon heat. Ample parking for our car meant we didn't have to worry about finding a paid spot in town. Honestly, one of the best b and b we have ever stayed in !! Highly, highly recommended !!
