Wyndham Garden at Niagara USA...

Liked: Location is good - only 10 minutes walk from Falls, although there are other hotels nearer to the Falls.Room size is good although not large.
Disliked: Dirty carpets, dirty upholstery, insensitive staff, primitive elevators, messy check-in process - few features of this hotel.

Very good

Liked: Very close to the falls, clean rooms, the pool was nice (a little chilly).
Disliked: The staff were very miserable. When helping not even a little smile on their faces and on their phones.

Not to our standards for...

Liked: Next to Canada border and Niagara Falls park
Disliked: Old smelled like nursing home or dead animal. Outdated and couldn’t lock bathroom door. Didn’t look like online pictures. Staff zero customer service!
