Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls

Liked: Rooms were clean and big. Loved the view.

I wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: I liked the location, it is close to a restaurant and the Niagara Falls.
Disliked: The reception staff is not very friendly, the hotel looks dirty, the room dirty, the elevator and there was a feminine sanitary pad on the floor and no one cleaned it.The restaurant didn't offer contactless card payment; they have an outdated payment system.

Disliked: This hotel really spoiled our whole impression of Niagara. So people please stay away from it. To start with, it was extremely dirty, we tried to spend as little time as we could in our room, there were stains all over the carpet, the windows were so dirty as if they have never been cleaned before, the bed also had stains, that is why we had to sleep on our towels as it was too disgusting to lay down on the sheets (all photos are attached). This list of disgusting and dirty parts of the hotel can go on, but the most important and sad factor was the staff, they were super unfriendly and somehow even rude, as if annoyed by everyone around(((( We really didn’t expect any of the above given that this is a representative of a huge and well known Network of hotels. And most important, Booking.com please think of a way how to verify from time to time the photos that are provided on the page of the hotels, as in this case the photos and reality have nothing in common (maybe they were taken long ago or photoshopped, as they do not reflect the real dirty and disgusting state of the rooms).

Liked: Staff very helpful. Food at breakfast good, staff also helpful.
Disliked: No grab bars in bathroom!!! Not in shower or by flush. Only full hadicap rooms for roll on wheelchair and a lot more $, why is beyond me. Unfortunately my sister can't do showers, so had to make do with birdbaths. Also, found out had to request for any room maintained, like bathroom cleaning, towels, etc. Found this out from other guest. Only 3 floors with ice machines.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Staff was really nice. Close to food and Rainbow Bridge
Disliked: Plug ins did hold phone charger. Other plugs were behind the bed

Disliked: Beds were done over almost on the floor when you sat down, The workers were uninterested with customers, rather eat there meals and private Tel. on the front desk, No interest to answer question.
