Liked: Location was good and accessible
Disliked: We went to check in and get settled in room and almost 2 hours, it was still hot inside the room. We called and they checked it but was told there was no other room available and gave us a fan. We then were transferred to another room later on which is better but still air conditioner was having issues so we got the fan that was provided only to find out when we came back that night, staff came in our room without us knowing and took the fan out. No stuff was missing but still, common courtesy should not be like that as we were already settled in that room.

Liked: breakfast is excellent and has warm meal.
Disliked: The air conditioner blows directly onto people's heads when they're sitting in the chair, and the wind direction cannot be adjusted.The windows could be improved for better soundproofing since the building faces a gas station.

Not really worth the asking...

Disliked: The advertised parking is not included in the 300$ a night stay. The pool is basically a bucket . It supposed to be 400m from the falls but it’s a good 25 minute walk. Rooms smells musty

Disliked: Our room was small. We didn’t have enough towels for two days. We ran out of toilet paper and the AC didn’t keep the the room cool enough. It was very warm. And when we got there, we had to pay extra for two dogs and extra for parking.
