Disliked: Not enough storage for clothes.You have to leave your clothes in the suitcase.

Misleading!!

Disliked: Let me start by saying me and my wife have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Niagara falls numerous times over the years. We have not been back since 2019 so we decided to take a trip for our anniversary and stay at that property again. WORST MISTAKE!! This property has changed drastically since 2019 and that's even after a so called "renovation". Me & my wife get to the hotel and start the check in process. We get checked in & head to our room & realize they gave us the wrong room. A few weeks earlier we were notified that we could upgrade to the Jr Presidential suite from our King room with spa for a small fee, it was our anniversary & we knew it was gonna be chilly & snowy so we decided to upgrade because it says there is a fireplace in the Jr presidential suite which we just wanted for the ambience. We go down stairs & I say I think you gave us the wrong room, right away she has a attitude & says no i didnt with an attitude. I said we reserved the Jr presidential suite & it's supposed to have fireplace. She responds well all the fireplaces were taken out when the hotel did renovations! (THEY ARE STILL POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH PICS OF A FIREPLACE! ) She proceeds to snicker & say well they weren't real fireplaces anyways...Like I'm stupid or something! I know hotels don't have "real" fireplaces we just wanted the ambience. No apologies or anything! Since it was our anniversary I let it slide because i didn't want this misleading hotel to ruin it. We were even planning on adding a few more days to our vacation, but we did not at this property. To this day they have not tried to rectify this or even reach out to us about what happened! So anybody that is thinking about booking a room at this hotel be warned! VERY misleading because the pics & what they actually offer is a lie. I have everything documented & screenshotted to show how misleading they are!

Disliked: I'm very disappointed: Room was dirty : left over food with bad smell in the fridge (from previous clients)Left unclean dirty bad smell pool towels in the room (from previous client)Hair mass on the floor.Room was not cleaned .I could have paid less in an other hotel including breakfast with better prices, however I decided to pamper my parents visiting me by staying at the courtyard Marriot, supposedly to have a better quality of stay, which was not .the case
