Although it was clean and...

Liked: It was a handsome building and clean facility.
Disliked: Climbing the ramp or stairs to enter the building. Also, our room’s toilet malfunctioned during our stay.

Would book here again.

Liked: The location to the Clifton Hills was perfect walking distance. The also utilized the spa downstairs and loved that and the fact there was Starbucks in the lobby!
Disliked: We picked a super busy check in time/date and had to wait a long time with a lot of impatient people, not us, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. They were all extremely friendly! I
