Great hotel, great value

Liked: Clean, great staff, good size room
Disliked: On the outskirts of niagara. Walking not bad but feels like it's on the edge of safer area

Liked: The staff. They were friendly, informational, outgoing and interested in making my stay the best that it could possibly be. Id like to say, was great at handling a busy check in and setting the tone for my entire stay.
Disliked: I liked the entire hotel. I would say, with exception of the staff, the hotel itself or room did not make me feel like it was on a different level then many others with less star rating.

Good for the night, close to venue

Liked: Nice lobby, nice lobby bar and coffee. Beds comfy
Disliked: Rooms nice but pretty bare, very minimalist. Dinner at buchanan was not great
