First time here and I was very impressed. Well signposted. Nice looking from the outside and just as lovely inside. The concert hall was spacious and the seats were very comfy. My only complaint is that I had a stiff neck from looking up at the stage. I was on the front row and the stage is quite high. Would definitely visit again, but will sit further back.
Liked: Comfy seats; nicely set out.
Disliked: Stage very high if you are sat on the front row.

Found staff very, very helpful. My phone wasn't working and the manager ordered a taxi for me and arranged for one of the young usherettes to wait with me until it arrived. Very comfortable seating and impressive auditorium. Would certainly visit this venue again.

Queues very long during interval, but an excellent venue.
Liked: Excellent acoustics and unimpaired views.

Went to a Susan Boyle concert - most enjoyable. Excellent seats and sound quality; although the venue was sold out, the crowds were very well managed and queues were kept to a minimum. Snacks and drinks were not too overpriced. Altogether a very good night.
Liked: Efficient and polite staff.

Fabulous looking building from the outside. More than adequate facilities (bar/toilets etc). Much prefer smaller venues, thank you.
