Liked: Excellent location next to Richard III Visitor Centre. Parking included in room rate. Room itself very nicely appointed, in a renovated Georgian building
Disliked: The hotel is room-only - reception is across the road at St Martins House and there is no onsite catering except tea and coffee. But the guest info gives eating recommendations including for room delivery.

Disliked: Room just too small for comfort and needed continuous swapping of items to enable sensible movement. Must be excruciating for a wheelchair user

Wonderful but regrettably not long...

Liked: Absolutely fantastic. Staff so informative and helpful. Accommodation classy, elegant, clean and smelt wonderful. So easy to find and extremely handy with car park. Amazing location all in all priceless
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Constructive feedback would be for room 10, it could do with a chair of some sort, also coat hooks on the back of the door and a scrapper brush for the wet room to help the water clear quickly post shower. None of these would have made my stay any better as it was already perfect just some wee tweaks to enhance even more.
