Ideal for what we wanted....

Liked: Come and go at any time. Parking attached to hotel. Location, handy for the O2 academy.. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: One of the rooms was very basic, but it looked as though work was being done to the hotel. It had 2 very steep steps just through the door.

Bad

Liked: The location . Car parking .
Disliked: The room was cold , no room thermostat .Blood stain on the sheets .Only three pillows for 2 beds.The hair drier didn't function.The duvets were very thing(especially as the room was cold.Advertised as having bar/food,; no evidence of this.Overall dismal .

It was a death trap...

Liked: Nothing it was a disgrace
Disliked: Nothing I refused to stay & would not give my money back

Appalling customer service and they're...

Disliked: The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive and weren't open to resolving my problems

If all you need is...

Liked: It was close to my daughters accommodation so good in that respect
Disliked: I am very sorry to say this as the staff who met me was very nice. The room was very poor in cleanliness and odour to be honest. The bathroom has cracked tiles and a big part of the tiles missing directly in front of the toilet. The shower was disgusting and the shower head was really rusty around the outside and the water spouts looked filthy, the basin was grubby too. There was a towel on the floor for me to step on after a shower but it was clearly dirty, so I didn't even try it as there was no way I was having a shower in that. The sink tap is a single unit with mixer tap but the outlet was dirty inside. The bed had a large hair under the duvet.

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Black mould everywhere, filthy place - should be condemned .. I honestly can’t believe it still has a hotel license

Liked: Only location is good
Disliked: Very very dirty room . No hanger in it . The shower was not working well shower curtains were not proper .no table on the bed . The table drawers were broken . . Towels had hair on it . Previous guest towel was hung behind the bathroom door . Which was the only hanger in the room .. the chair was sooo dirty

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, room was tidy and we had a room with a balcony. It was night time when we arrived so the photos taken were not good enough quality to be able to share
Disliked: Lazy presentation in room, toilet roll was half used and left on the side in the bathroom not on the toilet holder, no shower gel or shampoo etc, tv was not working properly and there was no hot water. My boyfriend has to speak to reception who said ok we will turn the boiler on and he was told to wait 40 minutes until he attempts to have a shower again! Considering I could have paid 10 pound more to stay in a reputable hotel chain and had no problems but unfortunately it was sold out so that's why I booked this place instead! Location is alright if it's just a place to sleep for the night

Liked: Room was cold had to ask to put heating on. TV had a poor screen on the way outOutside looked scruffy
Disliked: Generally more welcoming and cheerful would have been nice.
