Holiday Inn - Leicester - Wigston

Room clean and functional. Everything worked. Bed not that comfortable. Mattress felt 'well used'.

Liked: Very friendly receptionist who sorted it all out.
Disliked: No record of booking upon arrival at hotel.

Liked: We as a family love the white range of different foods they have for breakfast as my son is autistic and very fussy so there was a wide range.
Disliked: I did not like to bed it was really uncomfortable and the pillows were really, really lumpy to be honest I did not get much sleep

Liked: Modern communal furniture, fee parking, comprehensive buffet breakfast;
Disliked: receptionist found booking for 1 adult when I booked for 1 adult and 3 children; I am absolutely certain of my booking as I was travelling with my children; the resulting room seemed very improvised with left over clothing from previous guests and unclean upholstery; Kettle had a missing filter therefore its boiling water spilled out (of the kettle) once we turned it on;
