Room clean and functional. Everything worked. Bed not that comfortable. Mattress felt 'well used'.

Liked: Very friendly receptionist who sorted it all out.

Liked: Location was good as we were visiting family
Disliked: I stayed here for two nights and was really disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The carpets were dusty, the rooms looked tired and definitely need repainting, and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. Overall, the whole place feels like it needs a serious update and much better attention to cleanliness. Unfortunately, I would not stay again until improvements are made.

Liked: comfortable bed and pillows, windows that open, quiet, tv and kettle worked, bathroom clean

Liked: The breakfast area was well organised and the shower in the room was great.
Disliked: There was nobody to serve on the Starbucks counter at breakfast time. The sofa bed was not made up in our room on arrival after the receptionist said “I’ve done it myself!”There were only 2 towels for 4 of us in the room.
