Room clean and functional. Everything worked. Bed not that comfortable. Mattress felt 'well used'.

Liked: Very friendly receptionist who sorted it all out.
Disliked: No record of booking upon arrival at hotel.

Liked: As a veggie most cooked breakfasts are disappointing but this was lovely and hot! Unfortunately run out of croissants and would have had to wait 10mins for next batch

Hotel Pillows should not smell...

Liked: Staff were great
Disliked: The room smelt of damp as did the Pillows, which tells me this isn't a new problem. If id not arrived so late I would have looked for another hotel
