Disappointing

Liked: Parking wasn’t secure and was an additional fee. Staff were quite rude and unhelpful to some clients of mine who came back for a drink at the bar. Very unorganised

Absolutely wonderful, I wished I...

Liked: The room was spacious, bright with a massive bed, which was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with some much choice, plus having the option of certain meals cooked for. The dining area and reception area were do modern , clean and really lovely places to eat and seat around.
Disliked: The only negative which had nothing to do with the staff, was the time it took for the taxi to arrive. The staff were great in chasing this up. The taxi company, I wasn't impressed with them.
