Liked: Staff at check-in and in restaurant were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Willing and eager to please and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are good size and are clean and comfortable with a comfy bed and good size bathroom. Excellent location for the centre of Leicester.
Disliked: Difficult for drop off and pick ups in car/ uber. Was a bit confusing for the driver

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is in the city center, which is great if you want to feel the vibe of the city.
Disliked: **BREAKFAST & SERVING STAFF** were disappointing. The attendant wasn't great at communication and couldn't explain the menu when we asked. Instead, he wanted us to walk through the buffet to see what was available. The bowl I received was not clean, so I asked a staff member to replace it for me. She somewhat snatched it away and disappeared. When she returned with a clean bowl, she handed it to me with a blank expression. I said thank you, but she did not respond with a "You're welcome." The breakfast itself was unappetizing; the fruit was not fresh and was mushy. I paid around £13 but couldn't eat anything. The seating was also unclean, with spots everywhere. I made a complaint at reception, but all I received was an apology. This is not good enough, especially considering I paid for food that I couldn't eat.
