Ramada Encore Leicester

Had everything I required - toiletries, towels and refreshments; very clean; worth more stars than given and reception very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent hotel for visiting Morningside Arena. The room was clean but basic and excellent value for the money. The only issue was the noise from outside, which city centre on a Saturday night, should be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it. The Reception did move us to a quieter room without a problem but was still noisy.

Liked: The price for a city centre hotel on a Saturday night was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing that the hotel had control over.

Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.

Superb

Liked: City centre location. Friendly staff greeted you from the off. Paid low price for a good functional room. Got the opportunity to park onsite as an early arrival. Breakfast included and it was a good breakfast. Secure access to building via room key.
Disliked: Struggled a bit tight find it because I had to travel by car and the one way system in the little streets surrounding was a bit difficult.
