Excellent hotel for visiting Morningside Arena. The room was clean but basic and excellent value for the money. The only issue was the noise from outside, which city centre on a Saturday night, should be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it. The Reception did move us to a quieter room without a problem but was still noisy.

Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.

Disliked: the cleanliness was not up to standard and it was filled with bed bugs

Liked: Good hotel, location great once I found it, parking was a hassle, no clear instructions.The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Getting to the hotel in a car is difficult and parking was a hassle, more instructions should be given when booking.
