Ramada Encore Leicester

Had everything I required - toiletries, towels and refreshments; very clean; worth more stars than given and reception very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent hotel for visiting Morningside Arena. The room was clean but basic and excellent value for the money. The only issue was the noise from outside, which city centre on a Saturday night, should be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it. The Reception did move us to a quieter room without a problem but was still noisy.

Liked: The price for a city centre hotel on a Saturday night was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing that the hotel had control over.

Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.

Liked: The staff at the reception were very friedly, and polite, despite this weekend being particularly busy with a European Conference, that I was attending. The Gym was clean and quiet, but I enjoyed it.
