Liked: Was close to the venue we had to go to.
Disliked: The room was dirty. One socket no lamps and the sink was dirty and the taps didn't even work. Shower room was dirty and smelled. Toilet was not very clean and I found the staff very unhelpful. It was like they didn't want you there. All in all, I would never go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Lucky we only had to stay 1 night.

Simple room, excellent value for...

Liked: Room was incredibly basic (bed, TV and sink) but that is all I was expecting anyway. Staff were very friendly, and they had parking options.
Disliked: 10am checkout was a little bit rough, but they were very clear about that from the start so it wasn't a surprise

Suited my needs and budget

Liked: First floor, Large room, with large bed, tv, sink, toilet and shower rooms nearby, friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to town centre and De Montfort hall.
Disliked: Room did not have a wardrobe, kettle, bedside cabinets or lamps, could be noisy at night with other guests and squeaky floors.

Excellent low cost accommodation.

Liked: It is very basic but that is exactly how it is described in the blurb and reflected in the cost, so I cannot fault in that respect. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable and the owners could not have been more helpful. If you want a basic accommodation at a decent price then I highly recommend.
Disliked: A table and coffee making facility in my room would have been nice.
