Good chain hotel. Comfortable clean...

Liked: Clean well organised chain hotel Comfortable work stay
Disliked: Car park on site v expensive

Superb

Liked: - Great location- Staff were very friendly - Rooms are modern and very clean
Disliked: - Parking was not clear upon arrival. The discounted parking is not at the NCP next to the hotel but in the shopping centre (5-10min walk). If this was explained prior to arrival we would have parked there first. Otherwise everything was great!

Liked: the staff were really nice by moving our room, however, when we turned up our room smelt of sewage, almost as if someone had just used the bathroom before we entered.
Disliked: the beds werent comfortable to sleep on and the room smelt so bad

Liked: Hotel was nice
Disliked: The location is like something out of a JG Ballard novel. Specifically Concrete Island.On foot, the only way off the island without risking life and limb dodging two lanes of high speed traffic* is to turn left ( NOT right ) out of the rotating doors, take the unmarked footpath up to the edge of the island, then right ( NOT left ) along the edge to the pedestrian crossing. After two days I had it down past.*although plenty of guests were seen clambering down the incline after turning right and legging it through gaps in the traffic. Maybe the hotel should have a memorial board for those who didn't make it .
