Liked: The food was beyond my expectations and the staff were all exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Difficult to walk to from train station & very busy road to cross to get to hotel. Better signage would have helped.

Great stay at central location

Liked: Very Spacious , very clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful yet professional. Breakfast good ( without being excellent. Could walk everywhere, location very good.
Disliked: Minor issue was that Room was on 3rd floor and we had a little road noise .maybe the window wasnt fully closing. No longer discounted rates at the adjacent car park.

Liked: Breakfast was fine, desk staff lovely, other staff on an evening not so pleasant rude manner, bed very hard not a restful night
Disliked: Evening staff could of had a better address to the customers, bed could of been more comfortable
