Liked: Excellent breakfast, good customer service delivery by all team members we saw.The only, thing I would point out was it was very noisy, due to the busy road, my kids could not sleep comfortably. We had some rowdy people staying on the same level, who were running around the corridor at midnight, screaming.

Liked: The hotel was excellent! Close to the center. From the staff to the dinner and breakfast everything was perfect. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Would 100% recommend and book again!

Everything you need when away...

Liked: The Receptionist was excellent when we arrived later than expected [9 pm] she was very attentive and engaging, the instructions were clear, and the guidance on parking was very good. She came to check we were happy with our room. The hotel facilities are very good and exceptionally clean. The breakfast waiters were great and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Although the furniture was beautiful and clean - I would love for hotels to return to those deep substantive armchairs. The modern look is great, but not that comfortable, especially if you want us to stay in the bar for any length of time. The computer in the business centre area was not working and the daytime staff didn't know when it would be repaired.
