The room was amazing and the view was fantastic. Plus, the staff was very courteous when we first arrived - they even called to make sure our room was satisfactory about 10 minutes after we checked in.

Used their shuttle to our show and ended up standing out in the cold for 45 minutes trying to catch one to get back. The person never parked in the same spot so even though we were first in line 3 times, we didn't run fast enough to make it. Tried to call the hotel and couldn't get through.
The view from our room was amazing even though we were only on the 4th floor. Had a perfect view of NYC. We were only there for one night to see a show but overall the experience was great. I would just never use their shuttle service again if I ever returned.
