Liked: Very clean and new looking and comfy beds. Also people were very nice and the breakfast was good! Also loved having the real fridge and freezer in the room! We did not have time to cook this trip but the kitchen was a nice bonus.
Disliked: I liked that there was a jacuzzi tub in the room but the bubbles only worked on high and the whirl pool jets did not work so it was to rough to lay in and relax. Also requested towels a couple of times and they did not come. Everything else was great though!

Liked: Location was close to mall and NYC as well as many food restaurants. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The two elevators were extremely slow and there was always a line waiting for the elevator. The hotel has stairs you can use to go up but you have to go through the pool area (need your key card available and wet floor). You can use the stairs to get downstairs but they only lead you to outside. You cannot get into pool area as door is locked from that side. The stairs seem to be only in use for fire safety.
