I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

Liked: Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay: Location excellent, Times Square, Empire State Building at walking distance , Breakfast was very nice, staffs are very helpful, room was very good, kitchen nice , I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South for 6 Nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-located, clean, and offers excellent amenities, but what stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality.A special thanks to Ms. RAHIMA AFROZA, the manager, who went above and beyond to make my extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, warmth, and consistent care made a big difference. Whether it was attending to requests or ensuring a smooth experience, her presence was reassuring throughout.Highly recommended for both short and long stays in NYC. Will definitely return!

Liked: Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent and helpful staff. Breakfast typical, some variety, mainly fruit salad, eggs in different forms, and white bread. The hotel's location is excellent. Nice gym!
Disliked: Breakfast was often crowded and finding a seat was challenging.

Excellent location , scrumptious breakfast...

Liked: The location , the ambience , the amazing spread and variety of the breakfast served . And also the gesture of keeping take away boxes was really considerate .
Disliked: The alternate day cleaning facility . For the charges per room ,I feel the hotel should give cleaning facility every day and more so because the rooms are for for families
