I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

Liked: The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us to move room having a sofabed. they also helped to collect our items after we been locked out.
Disliked: There could have been little more cleaning of the floor during the breakfast, as juice, cereal, and bread spillages were not cleaned around 9am.

Central location for reasonable price.

Liked: Great location, very helpful staff.
Disliked: This stretch of 37th Street can get a little sketchy.

Liked: Everything was super cleanHotel location is perfect if you visit new york or even for work business.
Disliked: Impossibility to turn of the AC, the air was super super dry... TV is always on in rooms, you have to unplug it every day...There was a leak in the shower.Additional bed for kids was kind of very old compared to the other bedBreakfast is overcrowded every morning, you can try to get the food in your room but good luck on the waiting line for the elevator if you are on a top floorLot of small leds in the room impossible to turn off too. Fridge is making a lot of noise a night.

Liked: Location was great. Comfortable room. On Wednesday they gave us snacks in the afternoon.

Superb

Liked: Location - close to public transport and attractions. However, was in a side street do quiet. The kitchenette with full fridge was terrific. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very busy but large variety and loved the take away boxes so we could pack food go. Staff always friendly. The 24hr coffee/hot chocolate station in foyer was terrific!
Disliked: Very expensive, but most hotels in NY are. The breakfast food lacked flavour and eggs weren’t great.
