I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

Super location

Liked: Rooms are a great size and the location is excellent.
Disliked: The staff (all the women - except Jess who was lovely) could be way more friendlier. The men were all super helpful and friendly.

Liked: The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were amazing
Disliked: Price could have been a little cheaper . Also there is a serious drug problem on the block. Dealers and people living a couple feet from the entrance of the building.

Liked: Beds were really comfortable, and staff, especially the breakfast staff, were very helpful and good. Pedro was lovely, and they worked so hard. All the staff worked hard and were friendly . Rooms were big for new york.
Disliked: Even though breakfast was busy, and at times you had to wait for a lift, they kept things moving well
