I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

I live in a small...

Disliked: Drug addicts and homeless people in the area. Also, I would have preferred bacon or sausage meat for breakfast instead of the beef for fahitas.

Horrible experience

Liked: Horrible! We paid extra to check in early, waited 4 hours in the lobby and finally checked in after 4pm!! Worst experience ever. Then were woken up early due to construction outside our window. $55 for parking. Worst experience in a hotel. Don’t waste your money
Disliked: Everything! Waste of money. Rude staff, cheap breakfast. 1 elevator for tons of people to use. Will never stay there again.

Spacious rooms, great location, and...

Liked: Bigger Rooms, Location, Breakfast, and Staff
Disliked: Nothing major, just kinda wish they had at least acknowledged the request I added after booking—just a simple yes or no would’ve been nice. I had asked if they could leave a surprise note or greeting card since it was not only our first-ever visit to New York, but also my wife’s birthday on the day we were checking in. But yeah… it’s okay.

Superb

Liked: The location was great- so central and close to everything. The breakfast was awesome and the staff friendly and welcoming. Our room was a good size and clean.
Disliked: It was hard to get a table for breakfast, but we took our food up to our room which was fine.

Liked: Great service. Kitchenette in room was fantastic. Great location in the middle of the city. Very quiet for a city hotel as well.
Disliked: Breakfast is terrible, so we ended up leaving the hotel for breakfast most mornings.
