Seats were easy to find and comfortable. Bands sounded awesome in the arena. Love the stage set up.
Liked: Quick to get through merch line.
Disliked: Prices. But what isn’t pricey.

Disliked: Always long line ups for bathrooms and fairly expensive for food and drinks.

Liked: Excellent variety of food and beverage outlets, but very expensive.
Disliked: $4.50 for a 500ml bottle of water is outrageous, as is the fact they then transferred the water into a plastic cup. Illogical and wasteful. The exits are so jam-packed and slow-moving, it took about 35 minutes to get out after the concert. I hate to think how many people might be trampled to death, in case of emergency.

Second time I have been to Rogers and had a pleasant experience both times.
Liked: Great seats; great show; easy access and fantastic staff, making sure that we found our seat easily.
Disliked: Just that we saw a rat while watching the Dixie Chicks concert.

Liked: It was fast getting through security.

Attended the Fleetwood Mac show and the show was awesome. But I also watched people who did not pay for front rows seats being let in by friends and friends of ushers, which choked me as I paid big bucks for tickets and was told I was not allowed to go up front.
Disliked: Ushers at venue could have been a bit more in tune to people going up and down darkened stairs during the show. At most venues the ushers who are standing there have flashlights and will use them to guide people on the stairs during shows.

Liked: Took in Bob Seger on Wednesday, Canucks on Thursday. Only thing - washrooms needed on level 3 lol.

We saw the Barbra Streisand concert, and depsite the large number of people and tight security, things moved along smoothly. The setting felt very intimate. Having been to events in other venues, we expected lines for the washroom.
Liked: Helpful staff.
