Liked: Very well maintained, the staff is helpful. The hotel is clean and well located.
Disliked: The parking is unreasonably expensive and sauna that was available most of the time, required reservations and extra fees

Liked: The location is excellent , the view from our room in 17th floor is amazing , we really enjoy staying here . all the staffs are very nice , and very professional .

Disliked: Found dirty underwear of previous guests in my room so they’re not thorough in cleaning. Room service & food very bland for a 5 star hotel. I got locked out of my room which made me late for a meeting, just because the hotel tried to charge my card for an extra and it didn’t go through, even though I had paid for the reservation in advance, so a couple hundred dollars compared to thousands.
