Friendly staff, clean and updated...

Liked: Close to all the amenities and the event location.
Disliked: The construction that closed down Beatty Street but that was not something that the hotel could control.

Great service and exceptional location.

Liked: Location is extremely convenient and the restaurant downstairs has really good Italian food
Disliked: The bathrooms, a little basic and the tub is tiny so if that matters to you than I would suggest somewhere else.

Comfortable, clean and easy to...

Liked: Clean, smelled good. The beds were comfortable and the parking was easy to get into. Super clean safe garage. The filter water along with the ice machine was amazing.
Disliked: Nothing.

Overall stay was good other...

Liked: Room cleanliness, comfortable bed
Disliked: Fire exits- one stairwell on our floor was locked and we entered the other to walk down and then tried to exit and found the stairwell door locked from inside - key wouldn’t open it either Had to keep going to other floors to find an open exit

Disliked: There was only one restaurant which had a limited menu especially for breakfast. At this type of hotel we expected a better quality of restaurant and a more extensive choice menu. The other thing we did not like was we had no sooner arrived than the receptionist was trying to sell us tour tickets. On the day we choose to go to Capilano bridge ..a receptionist sold us tickets for it on the basis we would get a free shuttle but neglected to tell us until we had made the purchase that we had to get the shuttle bus from elsewhere not at the hotel...no p,eased

Beautiful hotel, excellent location.

Liked: It’s perfectly situated, close to everything, especially transportation options. Love seeing BC place outside my window. Room was large and clean, AC worked beautifully. Big fan of Frankie’s restaurant on site as well.
Disliked: Not the fault of the property but street construction can cause delays. Also, city noise can be disturbing early in the morning.
