one week Vancouver visit

Liked: very good location, excellent service, clean and nice
Disliked: very small room, tv placed at 45 degrees angel to the bed so it?s difficult to watch, windows watching on the an opposite office windows so you should keep the curtains close, not enough lighting

Liked: I wasn't a fan of the coffee maker in the room, and would have been nice to have access to bottled water or vending machine of some sort. It was disappointing that there was no bathtub in the room.
Disliked: Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Building is very safe and secure.

Disliked: My friend and I were separated they locked her out of hotel and forced her to buy another room because I was asleep .

Lacks quality control on cleaning...

Liked: Room not cleanLight burnt out If there was dirt we could see what does that suggest about other surfaces. In covid era - unacceptable.
