very friendly and helpful staff…...
Liked: Our room was very weird . It had an L shaped hallway right inside the door. Nowhere to put your suitcases. Hard to move around. Smaller room than I thought we were getting. Very high priced for what it was. Super friendly and helpful staff though !!
Disliked: I stated that in the above answer.

Liked: Location, comfort, the premises extremely clean. The staff is extremely helpful and polite.
Disliked: No flexible shower. In such high class hotel I would expect flexible shower, would be more convenient for women travelers.

Liked: The staff working there were helpful, friendly, and attentive to detail. I appreciated having a Bellhop desk at the front to guide us and help with security. Overall the facility was, while a little small, lovely and extremely clean. The location was great. I would be glad to stay there again except....
Disliked: .... the hotel has a very strange payment policy I've never encountered before: a guest needs to show, upon checkin the physical credit card that was used to make the pre-payment. Therefore, despite having prepaid in full for the room with a digital credit card, I was asked to pay a second time with a physical credit card, and then play a sort of financial shell game while I waited 24 hours for the hotel to refund my digital card. The other option given was "you can just upload a photo of your passport, a selfie, and all of your identifying details to our affiliate's website." This is not a safe request with a guest's private information. It must be challenging for business travellers whose companies prepay with the company card. Is the business traveller asked to pay with their personal card and then hope that their company will reimburse them when refunded? Other than the difficulty with payment, the only other issue was that luggage storage was in a public space, unsupervised around the corner from the check-in desk. While it would have been difficult for thieves to steal an entire bag from this area, anyone with quick reflexes could open a briefcase and take small items unnoticed. I would encourage this hotel to create a locked luggage storage room.
