Great location and spacious room

Liked: The location was perfect for Canada place. The beds were very comfortable. Very quiet in the room due to their eco cooling/heating system. Great onsite Greek restaurant (Hydra).
Disliked: Nothing to raise as negative.

Liked: Great location, very clean and spacious room with great facilities and lots of water in the room which was restocked, we appreciated this a lot with the heat!

Liked: Location was perfect! Lobby desk folks were awesome…so positive and helpful. Room was great and housekeeping did great job.
Disliked: I really can’t think of anything. Maybe coffee and pastry cart for quick breakfast option for those early mornings where you need a quick convenient grab and go.

Excellent Location & Enjoyable Stay

Liked: If you are going on a cruise, the location is excellent, about 3 blocks from Canada Place and the Convention Center (it is downhill from the hotel, so if walking with luggage that is a plus).We had a Superior King room, was supposed to be 330sf, and seemed to match the description. The King bed was comfortable (a little on the firm side). The bathroom was pretty large, with a large vanity counter and a large shower, though a handheld shower head would have been preferred. It had a cold mini-fridge with a counter and bar sink. Complimentary water bottles were in the fridge, and they give you two each day.The area outside the hotel is clean and safe, and the hotel exterior and interior are very nice.There didn't seem to be a lot of restaurants very near the hotel, but there were plenty near the harbor. We particularly like Steamworks Brewing and The Lions Pub.
Disliked: While the breakfast food was excellent, it would be nice to have a buffet rather than ordering from a menu, where you may select coffee or tea and juice and a choice of one item from the menu. The menu might be considered somewhat limited (see the attached picture).The soap / shampoo etc were in bottles fixed to the counter and shower wall (somewhat far from the shower head).The price for the room we booked (for June 2024) was ~650 CAD, ~$474, which seems a little high, but prices are high in Vancouver.
