Best Western Premier Chateau Granville Hotel & Suites & Conference Centre

I would definitely use this hotel again. Nice and clean; conveniently located with a good restaurant.

Liked: Upgraded to suite.
Disliked: Not really bad but fridge could have had some drinks in it.

The suite was spacious and clean.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and fun and the resturant in the lobby called The Edge served wonderful food and drink. The view from the balcony was very "entertaining" and the location of the hotel was central and close to theatres, shopping and fine food.
Disliked: There was a lot of night time street noise and would recommend earplugs or an upper floor.

We would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Everything felt exceptionally clean, new. The bed and pillows were fabulous. Hotel was very quiet, and the hotel restaurant offered convenience and excellent food. Staff were non-obtrusive, helpful and friendly. On-site parking made everything easier.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good. There is a nice view from the hotel room.
Disliked: The location is bit far away from the main tourist area, although this is walkable. However there is a fentanyl problem in Vancouver and there are many users on the street in the general vicinity. The rooms are fairly basic and cramped for a family of 5. The double pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
