I would definitely use this hotel again. Nice and clean; conveniently located with a good restaurant.

Liked: Upgraded to suite.
Disliked: Not really bad but fridge could have had some drinks in it.

The suite was spacious and clean.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and fun and the resturant in the lobby called The Edge served wonderful food and drink. The view from the balcony was very "entertaining" and the location of the hotel was central and close to theatres, shopping and fine food.
Disliked: There was a lot of night time street noise and would recommend earplugs or an upper floor.

Good location for a stay...

Liked: Great location as you can walk to main shopping area, cruise terminal and located at a hop on hop off bus stop and close to other bus stops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was well priced and our meals were good. Beds were very comfortable.

Disliked: Was a little noisy and the area seems to be a little rough with drug impacted people on the streets which is unfortunate

Excellent and would stay again...

Liked: Very comfortable stay. We stayed here after our cruise and the staff were helpful with all our luggage and getting us an early check in and late check out on our flight day. Food was good and tasty in the restaurant. We only ate there in the evening. Hop on hop off bus stopped right outside the hotel which was convenient.
