Janet, Red Deer, visiting Vogue Theatre Vancouver

Hotel was close to the Vogue Theatre. Friendly and helpful staff. Offered umbrellas as it was raining. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows are a big thing for me and I found the ones there good.

Disliked: Air freshener used in lobby. I have a sensitivity to scents and found this overpowering.

Convenient location, friendly staff but...

Liked: Great location, less than 5mins to the train station. Lots of amenities at your door steps. Close to main attractions.
Disliked: Sofa bed while expected to be on the soft side, the mattress protector wasn’t kept in the cleanest condition. The extra bedding also had hair on it so wasn’t sure if they were cleaned before or was missed.
