It was a great experience....

Liked: Great location, super convenient. We loved that.
Disliked: Despite the great view we had from the room, my wife and I stayed in a room with 2 beds. Obviously we chose to sleep together, but the bed was a little small for an adult couple.

Amazing value for money

Liked: The staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Never have I experienced staff running up to my room to hand deliver a package. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping was very diligent to refresh items everyday. Location was very great, most places were within walking distance.

Liked: Excellent hotel. I stay here usually when I come to town. The staff is great. Very clean. The gym area is great - a lovely outdoor pool, outdoor sauna, and hot tub are well kept. The location is wonderful. However, because it is in the heart of downtown, there are a lot of police sirens that go off all day and night. Not the hotels fault.
Disliked: Just waking up every night to police siren. 2 - 3 times night.

our stay was lovely and...

Liked: The touch screen elevators were amazing and a great idea to manage vast numbers of guests - we never had to wait more than a minute or so to get to our floor. the location was ideal and the room was huge and well stocked.
Disliked: one night we heard our room neighbours quite clearly and it was disruptive to our sleep. not sure whether rooms are as sound proofed as they could be. however most people must have abided by the quiet hours as we didn’t hear anyone apart from that one noisy group.
