The hotel was gorgeous. Rooms clean and supplied you with everything for your stay.

Liked: Rooms were great; location was good.
Disliked: Hot tub could be open a little later.

Only one night stay but it was an extremely positive experience. We will definitely stay again.

Liked: Great location - lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Walkable distance to Robson and Pacific Center. Secure underground parking and quick walk to bus/Sky train. The hotel itself had everything we need and it was very comfortable. The staff are amazing.

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: The air conditioner was really noisy. Each time it started the vibration was really bothering

Liked: Excellent location, easy access to transit. I went out to get filtered water (supplied by the hotel) and the room next to me was playing music, but I couldn’t hear anything in my room.
Disliked: The heater is a bit loud, but otherwise the room was quiet.
