Great hotel to explore downtown...

Liked: Very comfortable room and bathroom. Facilties in the hotel are a big plus, such as the swimmingpool, jacuzzi and gym. Superfriendly and helpful staff.Our kids likes loves the big aquarium in the entree. Walking distance to downtown Vancouver and Gastown, various good restaurant around the corner. Great value for money, definitely recommend it.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but you have to order from a menu and waiting time was long, especially with 2 hungry kids. We’d prefer a buffet style breakfast.

Excellent location and awesome

Liked: Very comfortable and close to most everything.Staff were great!! Especially Tom, who was most helpful dealing with the Air Canada situation.

Liked: The room was very spacious the bed was comfortable Very helpful and pleasant staff great location opposite the Roger’s stadium and very near to yaletown

Great location, safe and walkable.

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Not about the property but we booked a balcony and when we arrived they didnot have one because they were booked. They compensated us with a free breakfast and their restaurant which offered a fabulous menu and also a bottle of wine. In the end it was better than having a balcony.

Perfect for a Whitecaps games...

Liked: Location is perfect for bc place! Wide rooms easy for our daughter (cast and crutches)! Loved also the pool/sauna/jacuzzi access and cucumber water at the front.
Disliked: A bit expensive, but other than that it is nice!
