This wasn't a sell out concert so lots of concerns I had after reading Facebook reviews of the venue weren't applicable. Good bar service; clean toilets; great acoustics; friendly security.

I have been gigging for 20+ years but have never experienced such stupid security. The queue in moved at a snail's pace due to the security's random checks. I got in fine without being checked, but my girlfriend's (very small) bag was searched more thoroughly than at airport security. Everything inside was pulled out and opened up. Her wallet was emptied and any notes/receipts opened up. Almost had lip balm confiscated, but she did have a very small sanitising hand gel confiscated and thrown away for security reasons. Didn't help matters that the toilets were disgusting. Other than that it is a lovely little venue with great sound and the stage is never too far away. Great bar staff too. Just poor security.

Disliked: Security; toilets; way too hot/stuffy.
