Liked: Beautiful hotel is a perfect location - just a 5 minute walk to the lovely beach. Staff exceptional and so helpful (big thanks to Harrison for whom nothing was too much trouble!) Lovely breakfast and light, spacious room.

Liked: Comfy bed, friendly staff, location excellent for the Kings Theatre.
Disliked: Very hot. There was a fan in the room but still uncomfortable. I realise it may not be possible but aircon would have been very welcome.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, especially the poached eggs and coffee.Staff were very responsive and polite.
Disliked: The ensuite smelled damp, but was very cleanThe table/desk was wobbly for laptop working

Liked: Walking distance from sea front . Fantastic Breakfast lt of variety, bed was comfy, room was good size clean and roomy.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the room coming from the bathroom, even with the windows open it seemed to linger.
