Attended hairdressing awards - venue looked lovely.

Liked: Had a good evening; staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: None.

It's a nice enough venue but quite shabby.

Liked: Michael Ball was brilliant.
Disliked: Toilets were far too far from the auditorium and the queue for the ladies was huge. The added seats were a joke but I did get moved.

It lacked the 'spectacle' of going to a gig. Missed the neon signs and great advertising of future events. The giant TV showing the snooker didn't really cut it.

Liked: Easy to navigate; bar opposite the entrance to stalls; good sound.
Disliked: Bit run down; missed seeing posters and advertising outside; even missed seeing the ticket touts which make it an exciting performance; lighting was uninspiring.
