room wise brilliant

Liked: not so keen on the food but bedroom shower etc excellent
Disliked: the orange we thought was freshly squeesed but was concentrated breakfast acceptable

Liked: Great base for exploring portsmouth. Clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was also good. We stayed here the night before a football match at fratton park stadium.
Disliked: The restaurant had run out of several items for dinner, it was easter Sunday so had probably been busy, but they should have known this was going to happen and ordered more in.

Liked: the room is big and very comfortable for a family of 4. The staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming,
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit chaotic and I felt sorry for the staff as some guests were incredibly rude.
