Exceptional

Liked: This hotel is right across from the ferry/station so convenient, it's very quite and the staff are lovely
Disliked: This was our second time staying in a few days, only problem we had was the room was quite tired and needed a lick of paint there was blood up the wall and one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty also we called reception as our tv wasn't working properly and was told someone would come up and take a look and this never happened.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. It’s very close to the naval dockyard museum. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Having free parking onsite in this central location was a great bonus.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was central for our purpose. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Room was dark, very hot (even with A/C) no hairdryer in the room. No socket by a mirror. One centimetre of shower gel in the container. Carpet grubby, breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had.

Disliked: Mattress was very soft and felt thin. Breakfast could have been better. Sausage and bacon were underdone/microwaved. Coffee very weak.

Disliked: Staff were indifferent. Expensive for basic accommodation.

Good Location but needs a...

Liked: Really good location for the Naval Dockyard and Gun wharf quay.
Disliked: They were not good at restocking tea, coffee etc in the rooms. Also they took away the hand soap and didn't replace it.The entrance to the hotel needs brightening up and sweeping up just outside, it was quite grubby and it had lots of cigarette butts outside which isn't a good advert for the hotel. The entrance isn't inviting.Sadly the breakfast is mediocre.
