Great find, great stay!

Liked: Staff really helpful and friendly. Room comfortable. Great breakfast included. Plenty of parking on road and complimentary parking ticket supplied by hotel which was a bonus. Overall great value.
Disliked: Very short lead on hairdryer, made it difficult to use.

Worth every penny and will...

Liked: Everything was exceptional. Breakfast was more than value for money, brilliant service from staff and amazing continental choices. The breakfast menu was vast and tasty.Staff were all lovely and treat their guests with so well. There wasn't anything that we wanted for that wasn't offered.Great location 5min walk to the sea front and bus stop right outside the door to take you into Portsmouth centre which runs every 10 mins. So so clean and even had fan in the cupboard as it was a warm first night so that came in handy.

Liked: Breakfast and comfy bed!
Disliked: The tassles either side of the bed possibly not necessary. And the fiddly lock on the bedroom door which was also the problem last time.

Disliked: Low water pressure in bathroom took ages to fill jacuzzi and shower pressure weak - in the first room on ground floor.

Traditional service with added quirkiness!

Liked: All staff are friendly yet professional and very happy to answer all guest queries. Excellent cooked breakfast with plenty of options! Spotlessly clean everywhere.

Very good with no problems.

Liked: Room spacious and clean, breakfast was served quickly and was very good. Bed was comftable and very clean. Restuarant was very pleasent and wide variety of thing on offer for breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was great so we have no complaints. Would book again when we come to Portsmouth.
