Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel lovely and well positioned for restaurants nearby. Parking easy. Overall very good. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Shower was a bit temperamental for temperature control.

Liked: Very convenient location for the venue at the South Sea Pier. Nice room, relatively clean. Friendly lady at the checkin and at breakfast.
Disliked: A little too hot in the room although windows were open. That’s just a little point.However the water ran constantly after pushing the flush of the toilet. Needed to press the button more often to stop the water flowing.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location with lovely features and so near the beach. Bed was very comfortable and room was large. The breakfast was fantastic with good selection of everything. Above all the staff were excellent and friendly from the reception, the kitchen and cleaners. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely revisit in the future!
