The hotel in general was nice and friendly, but when going towards the room I noticed how old fashioned and dated everything looked, like it needed updating from the carpet to the walls. In the room it was clean and tidy but everything was a little dated - it was like going back to the 70's. Personally I prefer a nice crisp clean look in the rooms but this definitely wasn't the case. I think this could be a really lovely hotel as the location is perfect but it needs a good refit. Considering what we paid for the room I was expecting more.

Liked: Room was fine, big enough and comfortable. Breakfast excellent! You can wash your clothing which is great if you stay there after sailing a few days.
Disliked: The hotel is rather "old fashion" which is not bad at all for me...

Disliked: Breakfast was basic. Veiw from room was awful. Very bright street lights outside that kept the room bright all night. Room decor was outdated & cold.
