We stayed overnight to attend Adam Ant concert at Portsmouth Guildhall. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Liked: Brilliant staff.
Disliked: Just a bit of noise from youngsters but not really a problem.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. We chose this hotel as it was near the Portsmouth Guildhall. We had tickets to see Bryan Ferry (unfortunately due to ill health he had to cancel). Will definitely use this hotel again when the concert is re-scheduled.
Liked: Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Shower a bit small.

Good Central location
Liked: Good value for money and great central location. On site parking was really useful.
Disliked: Tiny room with thin mattress. Quite noisy as next to a main road.

Comfortable & friendly.
Liked: Very comfortable rooms, the bed was especially comfortable. The shower was good & powerful, although the bathroom was very small it was sufficient, nice that the windows open. The staff member on duty at check in was very friendly & helpful. We didn't have breakfast just a small meal before going out which was very nice. Recommended, would stay again.
Disliked: Thought the car park was a bit expensive for customers.

Booked a basic room only,...
Liked: Location was excellent for our requirements
Disliked: The shower room / en suite, is possibly the smallest I've used. They're even smaller than the Portsmouth ferry cabins are. Disappointed with the overall cost. Turned with parking , breakfast - 200 per night

NOT A BUDGET HOTEL!!!
Liked: Good position for outlet and Quays. About 15 minute walk.
Disliked: Didn't like the size of bathroom. Very compact to say the least! It's NOT a budget hotel!£107 + £12 parking. The week before we stayed in a lovely independent hotel that cost £112. Free parking too.Unfortunately we decided to eat a breakfast. Stale bread, uncooked tomatoes, undercooked mushrooms, cheap tasting sausage, no choice of eggs. Wish we had walked in to the Quays to eat.

I have stayed here before....
Liked: This is my second stay at this ibis. I really like it. There are quite a few options for breakfast. The staff is really helpful. The wifi works perfectly. My desk was in front of a window, looking at a tree. The location is close to uni.
Disliked: The bathroom is indeed small. You need to move the desk's chair to be able to open the bathroom's door. During this stay, my neighbours were loud, and it seems that the room is not well insulated. This disturbed my rest for a couple of nights.

Great budget hotel very convenient...
Liked: Room was very small but clean and fine for what we required as only a 1 night stay. The bathroom was extremely small but adequate.
Disliked: No lock on the bathroom door.

Liked: Can’t fault rooms were lovely, food was great
Disliked: The only thing I would like to mention, only as I don’t think it’s fair on the staff, in the morning of leaving the receptionist couldn’t understand us.
