Location was great; room was clean and warm; staff very friendly. The IBIS was a pleasant surprise - will go there again.

Disliked: Bathroom was a bit on the small size.

We stayed overnight to attend Adam Ant concert at Portsmouth Guildhall. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Liked: Brilliant staff.
Disliked: Just a bit of noise from youngsters but not really a problem.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. We chose this hotel as it was near the Portsmouth Guildhall. We had tickets to see Bryan Ferry (unfortunately due to ill health he had to cancel). Will definitely use this hotel again when the concert is re-scheduled.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Shower a bit small.

Location good, room clean, staff...

Liked: Clean room& modern decor
Disliked: The bathroom too small. Issues with the breakfast. Cutlery & crockery missing & long while replacing. Nice berry fruit 1st day nothing the 2nd day. After asking a tin of peaches were opened. No fried eggs. Scrambled were hard. Only one burnt croissant . Just very hit & miss.

Friendly quirky and clean

Liked: Staff were friendly and parking. The rooms were quirky
Disliked: The shower was very small and my husband suffers with arthritis he found it hard to move around in the small shower
