The check in staff were welcoming and friendly. From the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble; they even asked how the gig was when I returned. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was lovely. Hotel was in a location convenient to Wedgewood Rooms and very close to Fratton Railway Station.

Nice hotel and did what it said 'on the tin'. Good location for us and stayed two nights. Thank you.

Liked: Staff were helpful (as we needed to rearrange our check in - needed an early check in but didn't know until 12 hours earlier that this was required.) We paid the £10 and checked in 2 hours early.
Disliked: Would like to have seen a kettle in the room, even if we had to provide coffee, milk, cups etc.

Bad

Disliked: A group of people banging on the door and trying to get in, once at 4am then again at 5am. Had my son with me under 18 who was scared.

Liked: I went for the football and for this the location was ideal, if I wanted food there was a couple of food chains apposite and a Tesco in the other side.
Disliked: I found that there was no iron, kettle or any appliance in the room. I was a solo traveler but stayed in a 3 berth room I feel like this would be very cramped if there has been 2 other people.
