The check in staff were welcoming and friendly. From the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble; they even asked how the gig was when I returned. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was lovely. Hotel was in a location convenient to Wedgewood Rooms and very close to Fratton Railway Station.

Nice hotel and did what it said 'on the tin'. Good location for us and stayed two nights. Thank you.

Liked: Staff were helpful (as we needed to rearrange our check in - needed an early check in but didn't know until 12 hours earlier that this was required.) We paid the £10 and checked in 2 hours early.
Disliked: Would like to have seen a kettle in the room, even if we had to provide coffee, milk, cups etc.

Liked: Third stay and always good value for money. Rooms are always clean which is different to our experience of other budget hotels.
Disliked: Initial only two towels left for three of us and a hand towel would have been nice.

Disliked: Air conditioning wasn’t working and blowing hot air all the the night and my 2 children and myself were getting really hot and couldn’t sleep.Less space for a triple room.

Awful experience

Liked: Nothing rooms are smaller. the corridor is very smelly and couldn't sleep because of the mattress
Disliked: Everything nothing was provided with no tea cups, water glass, cattle iron, bord, no closets for clothes
