The check in staff were welcoming and friendly. From the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble; they even asked how the gig was when I returned. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was lovely. Hotel was in a location convenient to Wedgewood Rooms and very close to Fratton Railway Station.

Nice hotel and did what it said 'on the tin'. Good location for us and stayed two nights. Thank you.

Liked: Staff were helpful (as we needed to rearrange our check in - needed an early check in but didn't know until 12 hours earlier that this was required.) We paid the £10 and checked in 2 hours early.
Disliked: Would like to have seen a kettle in the room, even if we had to provide coffee, milk, cups etc.

Disliked: staff where rude and unhelpful definitely won’t be staying here again. The rooms are awful and looks like a hospital the pictures are definitely a catfish.There are much better hotels for cheap and better locations
