A handy location and good...

Liked: Location is convenient for centre of town, the car park is very handy and a nice environment with the garden. The room was a good size and had everything you would expect. I liked that reception is staffed 24hrs and it felt safe.
Disliked: It felt a bit dated and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Saying that, it was clean and not shabby, just felt like stepping back to the 90s! Bathroom layout was very strange- hard to access the bath and quite a precarious step in the middle of the room. I’m not sure how they could easily fix this but would make it difficult if you were to use the room as a family.

Disliked: My room was very old and tired, The bed was very hard and the bathroom reminded me of a hospital bathroom. Plastic floors and walls with poor water pressure, there was a sign saying do not flush toilet whilst runnnig shower!

Disliked: Room was dated, no sound proofing, no main lights in the bedroom or bathroom in the morning and boiling water in the shower so I couldn’t shower

Liked: A lovely hotel in good position. Lovely white tablecloths on the dining tables and a delicious breakfast.
Disliked: I don't like having a shower over a bath but other than that it was a lovely, clean, comfortable room.
