Enjoyable stay great staff great...

Liked: The location was perfect the room was spotlessly clean. Was checked in early despite arriving over an hour earlier than the check in time. Staff were very polite and courteous breakfast was one of best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had onsite parking safe and secure and definitely a bonus.
Disliked: WiFi was slow and very stop start and slow when working.

Lovely hotel and location

Liked: Room was nice and comfy. Breakfast was good and staff was very nice. I loved the staff, the location to shops and historic docs, and public transportation. Large, quick, elevator.

Liked: The room was good and the location great as near the shopping area etc. The breakfasts would have been good except for the fact we could not stay as we had to be at the ferry by 7pm

A very clean and comfortable...

Liked: Comfortable, very clean room
Disliked: Minor point with the shower. The controls could not be operated when my hands were wet and soapy. Had to step out of shower and dry them off before I could adjst the contyrols. P{oor design of the shower itself rather than a hotel issue

Liked: Breakfast was fine , with limited choice of fruit. Cooked breakfast was of a good standard
Disliked: Should make clear no evening meals are available. Many restaurants available close to hotel.
