Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: The location is wonderful, the rooms lovely and the staff very friendly. An excellent hotel to vist Southsea, 200 mtrs from the sea front and 30min walk from Gunwharf keys.
Disliked: The parking isn't ideal with limited spaces or on road (allbeit free).

A delightful stay with family.

Liked: Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. All staff were polite and attentive.An enjoyable stay. Spotlessly clean rooms.
Disliked: A more varied menu in the pub across the road.

Great location, clean and comfortable.very...

Liked: Like: Great location, clean and comfortable. Tasteful decor and well kept. Very friendly helpful staff. Not so great: The light in the bathroom was so bright that it actually hurt our eyes. Would like fruit and pastries as part of the continental breakfast offer.

Pleasant but needs a bit...

Liked: Good location for sea front. Room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: Noises from other rooms including snoring from another room. Noisy neighbourhood. A very small room for a “boutique” hotel.
