Love an all standing venue - it really adds to the experience.
Liked: Quickly in. Plenty of room. Bar service efficient.
Disliked: Ladies toilets downstairs.
Deborah R, Edinburgh
Liked: Good lay out in bar and arena area.
Disliked: The queue management was poor. Security staff didn't have a clue. Concert goers with online tickets reached the doors only to be sent back to queue again at the Ticket Office to exchange online tickets for proper tickets, and then queue a third time to get in! We were there primarily to see Banfi, the support band and only got in in time due to the kindness of other concert goers who let us jump the third queue!

The Stranglers were in their best form yet. The Ruts DC were fantastic too. Just a brilliant night!
Liked: Excellent seating with good view. Good bar facilities.
Disliked: Pity the outside of the building looks so tatty.

Went to see Parkway Drive and I have to say one of the best security teams - they never let anything get out of hand, were very quick to scan tickets and search you in order for you to see the gig quicker. When the crowd began to crowd surf, security kept it under control and made sure everyone was safe. Size of venue was great, the gig was very busy but you still had room to move around. Great venue overall.
Liked: Friendly security staff.
Disliked: Queueing system was not the greatest.
Liz, Glenrothes
A good venue, just not served well by taxis after the event.
Liked: Toilets relatively clean.
Disliked: Drinks very expensive and cocktails/beer tasted watered down.
Steve, Chepstow
Liked: Fantastic atmosphere.
Kenneth T, Carlisle
Good, well organised show.
Liked: Good sized venue; excellent staff.
Disliked: Price of drinks was extortionate - £8.50 for two drinks. Ridiculous!

Nice to see this grand old theatre being well used today. Easily accessible from the city centre by bus and tube with good nearby (200 yards) parking. Staff and bouncers were chirpy and helpful. The balcony seating means us older guys don't have to endure the mosh downstairs. Very civilised!
Liked: Great views of the band from everywhere in the house.
Disliked: Nothing at all, honest.
Iain L, Muthill
Status Quo were brilliant and so was the venue. Being so near to our hotel was also brilliant.
Liked: Great venue and band.
Disliked: Nothing.
Nicole, Fort William
Liked: I struggle to find positive feedback, as any redeeming quality was down to the hard work of the bands, but bar staff were quick and efficient, although prices deterred us from more than one round, and the cloakroom staff were efficient and helpful. It is a beautiful old setting that has been refurbished in recent years and provides both standing and seated access. A nice venue with a moderate capacity, but there is room for much improvement.
Disliked: Security staff on the doors pulled my sister out of the queue without an explanation and despite the fact I was the only one carrying a handbag, which they searched, accused her of being intoxicated. We were all completely sober and not behaving inappropriately, yet they singled her out and went on to accuse her of being underage, even though she could provide identification. They went on to make her take a breathalyser test and upon proving negative, did not even apologise for the inconvenience or the fact we lost a spot we'd queued hours for. Then to add insult to injury, the security inside the venue noticed and did not bat an eye at the fact people on the balcony overhead were throwing drinks down for the duration of the concert. Security aside, the sound quality was very poor, with the mix on drum and bass too high and vocals and guitars barely distinguishable. I go to at least one gig a month, so I'd consider myself a good judge of venue, but I was not impressed. Poor show O2.
