Liked: The excellent customer service provided by the team upon arrival and especially the Sunday 21st morning team, excellent customer skills, attention to detail and professional attitude to customer.....a much better service provided by a very reputable French company as against an inept response from a Brit company 24 hours earlier. .....different attitude with Accor, they cared!
Disliked: Rooms need tlc, but team on The Sunday 21st morning excellent attitude. ...could not fault.

Disliked: The hotel entrance was very unappealing. The room was tight space wise and didn't like the fact that there wasn't a proper bathroom.
