Not good for the Ibis...

Liked: It was our first time eating a British breakfast and we were very pleased with what we had! The staff was friendly and kind. The location is incredible, right in the heart of the city. We appreciated the coffee and tea!
Disliked: A lot of the towels, sheets and duvets were stained with makeup/blood, which is a big disrespect to whoever is using the room and paid for it. It is a big negative that the room didn't have a mini bar. Our reservation didn't include breakfast, but we ended up choosing to have it in the morning and thought it would be cheaper, matching the website price reservation (room+breakfast). Honestly, why is there a necessity to not accept cash? It seems pretty unnecessary and not smart. The quality of the shampoo/soap and of the conditioner could be better.
