Great central location, smart hotel,...

Liked: Hotel was obviously new and very smart and a sensitive transformation of an old building. The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly - and available. The location was great, very central and a good view of the river.
Disliked: I'm sad that new hotels don't include baths anymore. The towels weren#re great quality; neither was the toilet paper - plus there were no added value items like shower caps or cotton wool; face cloths.

Liked: Clean bedrooms, nice relaxing bar area. And reception staff very help full
Disliked: Breakfast had always been disappointing at this hotel.If you want fried eggs you had to chase a member of staff down, would be better if the waitress asked the guest if they could order any from the kitchen, cooked breakfast also cold .

Good location for visiting Glasgow...

Liked: Obviously a well oil machine. The staff were great, Knew what they were doing fiendly and helpful too. The food was good and available all day. We needed an early meal as we were going to a show. No problem here. Also at night you can order room meals if you get the munchies later.
Disliked: Hotel bar prices were a bit steep.
