Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, more than happy to go out of their way. Good building with quality fittings, and the restaurant was very nice.

Nice hotel and convenient location

Liked: Location was excellent, diagonally opposite Central Station. Room was well appointed, comfortable and clean.
Disliked: We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant but we weren't impressed with the food.

Liked: Good location, well kept and pleasant staff.
Disliked: Booked the corner suite was a really nice room however it had a few flaws for example in the bathroom sink was hair strands around it, the drain in the bath was a bit dirty and a couple of the lights in the room were broken.
