Liked: It was very central for town clean and staff were great
Disliked: I didn't like the fact there no window in the room. Also no tea and coffee facilities.it just wasn't for me.

Liked: We enjoyed the larger room and ensuite
Disliked: The room was booked for my daughter and I. We had ensured there were 2 beds in the room. When I asked for a blanket to sleep on the twin couch, I was told I could not have one but we would have to change rooms. I was sick and very fatigued. Moving rooms was a big chore for me.. It was a task to move and taking a blanket , I could have went straight to bed.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Breakfast was good and plentiful. Quite a bit of fresh fruit. Staff friendly and helpful. Special mention for Fraser. Great location as all of the Glasgow buses seemed to have stops nearby. I’d stay there again.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit lumpy. The double room I was allocated was ok for me but would have been too small for comfort for a couple staying more than one night
