Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room freshly decorated, comfortable, shower good. Breakfast great - we eat late on and food was still being replenished and very tasty. Great choice.

Liked: Very central; comfortable room; great breakfast.
Disliked: None - could not find fault.

Near to train station (just round the corner) and O2 Academy only 10 minutes walk away. Shopping 5 minute walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly; clean room; well decorated. Would stay in a Jurys Inn again.

Liked: Lovely and clean; helpful staff.
Disliked: Bar prices expensive.

Clean and comfy but do...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Had the WORST pasta of my life in the restaurant, and a mandatory service charge for the awful pasta. Whole meal was £50 and only edible after running around the restaurant to find salt and pepper shakers that weren’t empty to add *some* flavour to it. A truly sad experience.

Lovely Hotel

Liked: The Hotel is in an ideal location.Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Had a great sleep!We added on breakfast when we checked in. Really glad we did as it was really nice. Plenty to choose from!
Disliked: The only real criticism I have was the lack of shelve storage in the room and no coat hooks! There were plenty clothes hangers in the wardrobe but our jackets were soaking wet so not ideal to hang them in there!
