Perfect stay in the center...

Liked: The Address is just GREAT!We stayed after hiking in the highlands, and this was perfect.First the Sauna, just what we needed.Staff was nice, breakfast good.Also near the Queens trainstation and getting to the airport was easy by bus.So relaxed sauna, good bed, good breakfast and central.

Modern, clean hotel in excellent...

Liked: Modern and clean hotel in an excellent central location close to Glasgow Central Station with friendly staff. Nice bar area with good cocktails and attentive staff. Room was well equipped including an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Good value for money.
Disliked: Check-in was advertised from 3pm, we arrived after 4pm (on a busy Saturday) and our room wasn't ready. We were offered complimentary drinks while we waited - which was appreciated. The hot breakfast was limited (e.g. only scrambled eggs and no mushrooms/tomatoes) and on both mornings the croissants ran out.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, very central near shops and restaurants, very good breakfast beds very comfy and staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: View had to keep curtains closed due to building opposite so close

Liked: Loved the overall look of the place so modern and cozy !! Spa was lovely too
Disliked: The only thing was that we didn’t get the room we initially booked which was a little bit more expensive they did offer to move us but due to attending a big event and pushed for time we choose not to move but the room we had was also lovely just a bit smaller ❤️

Perfect place for a short...

Liked: Great location. Comfortable beds. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Liked everything. I was travelling with a friend and we stayed in a Classic twin room. We would have liked biscuits in the room and a bottle of water - these things were not provided. Everything else was great.
